1. Service provider
The registered seat in Zagreb is the address of record in the register of trades. No work is carried out there and there is no walk-in premises at that address. The business operates as a single-operator mobile service unit based in Pula, Istria; work is carried out at the vessel or site.
Services are offered in the following cities, each of which has its own page on this site: Izola, Koper, Muggia, Novigrad, Poreč, Portorož, Pula, Rovinj, Trieste, Umag, Vrsar. These span Croatia, Slovenia and Italy.

Complaints should first be sent in writing to the email address above; a written response follows within 15 days. Where a consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the competent consumer dispute resolution body in Croatia, or through the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
This applies to consumers. Work carried out for charter operators, commercial vessel owners and businesses is governed by the terms agreed for that job.

It does not constitute a survey of any particular vessel, and no liability is accepted for work carried out by others on the basis of it. Vessel electrical systems differ; readings must be taken on the vessel in question.
