Standard hours
Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00. Attendance outside standard hours and on Saturdays carries the +50% surcharge; Sundays and Croatian public holidays +100%.
Minimum charge
Dockside attendance is charged at a two-hour minimum. Below two hours, two hours are billed; beyond it, the hourly rate applies.

€0.63 per kilometre, round trip from the Pula base.

Zone distances match the marina locations page. Attendance outside the perimeter is quoted case by case and confirmed in writing.
Travel charges cover the journey. Bridge, tunnel and motorway tolls are billed at cost.
How larger work is quoted
Installations and rebuilds are quoted per vessel.
Assessment
The vessel or site is attended, inspected and the scope identified. Charged at the standard hourly rate.
Written quote
A written quote with a fixed labour price, itemised hardware and a schedule. Work begins on approval.
Scope changes
Where work reveals a change of scope, work stops and a revised quote is issued before it continues.
Payment
50% on approval, 50% on commissioning and sign-off.
